Dynamic Balancing

We are South Africa’s leading balancing company with over forty years’ experience. We provide highly specialized precision balancing services to the  Industrial and Automotive industry for virtually any rotating components. 

Using some of the finest machinery and operator skills in the world, we provide our customers with the ultimate in technology and expertise. Our capabilities allow us to balance rotating components of up to 4.8 tons in weight, 9 meters in length and 2.8 meters in diameter. Our most recent addition – the latest computer aided balancer – brings to ten the total number of balancers we operate, ensuring that we can fulfil the most sophisticated and diverse requirements.

In instances where dynamic balancing is not required, we also offer single plane balancing, and on request, a reading is obtained of the exact residual imbalance of every component.

Over the past four decades, we have built up a vast stock of shafts ensuring that, in most cases, components can be balanced without the need to make special mandrels to fit.  We are therefore able to add value by saving our clients time and money as turnaround times for balancing are reduced.
